Everything is in one single box. That was the first thing I said when I opened this up, and I meant it. The Color System in Practice

I keep coming back to the color-coded handle system because it’s the part that makes this board so much more than a basic push-up stand. Most push-up boards just give you two or three positions and call it a day. This one has a full grid of color positions, each one tied to a specific muscle group, and when you place the handles into the correct color slot, the position of your hands changes enough that you actually feel a different muscle take over.

Triceps is the one I find most satisfying to demo. The handles go in really narrow. You’re doing a narrow push-up and you’re really not even working your chest at all. It’s all triceps when you’re doing that. If you’ve ever done close-grip push-ups on a flat floor and wondered if your form was right, this takes the guesswork out. The board physically puts your hands in the position and the color tells you what should be burning.

Shoulders are the other position worth calling out. You angle the handles diagonally and the push-up shifts into this almost forward-lean form that targets the upper shoulder and upper oblique in the back. I demonstrated it in the video and the difference in feel is immediate. There’s no ambiguity. That’s what I think is the genius part of it. No app, no trainer needed. The color does the talking.

And for the resistance band work, the carabiner clip system on the board’s hooks is clean. I grabbed the red 20 lb band, clipped it in, stood on the board, and ran through a set of bicep curls using the foam handle attachment. The setup took maybe 30 seconds. You can swap between the red 20 lb band and the black 40 lb band in seconds, and combining multiple bands to build up toward that 120 lb ceiling is just a matter of clipping more in. Leg Day and the Door Anchor

Here’s where I’ll be straight with you: leg work on this board is the weaker part of the system. You can technically use the loop resistance bands for leg exercises, those side sweeps and booty band movements work, and standing on the board while pulling the long bands works for things like bicep curls and rows. But when it comes to leg-specific resistance work, I like to use the door positioning or the door adapter. It’s a lot more fun and a lot better to do it that way.

The door anchor hooks across the door frame, which turns the entire doorway into a cable machine. For leg work especially, having a fixed, high anchor point at door height makes movements like standing leg curls and kickbacks feel right. The board-as-anchor method works, but for lower body the door setup is clearly the intended way to get the most out of it. If you don’t have a standard interior door you’re willing to use this with, or you’re in a space where that’s not practical, you’re limiting what this kit can do for your legs.

That said, for me, this board shines when we’re talking about upper body. Upper body is definitely the way to go with this thing. The chest, back, triceps, shoulders, arms work, that’s where every feature lines up perfectly and nothing feels like a workaround.
