Quick Verdict

Assembly took one person (my daughter) with zero frustration. The spring coils are padded so toes never touch metal, and the 6-in-1 package, hammock, punching bag, rings, basketball hoop, kept screen time at bay for hours.

Buy if you:

  • Have a kid roughly ages 3 to 10 under the 176 lb rating
  • Want an indoor or outdoor active-play swap for screen time
  • Like the idea of a 6-in-1 with hammock, hoop and punching bag
  • Have tile or hard floors where a wobbly unit would slide

My Daughter Built It Before I Even Opened the Box Instructions

My daughter had the Yohood 55″ trampoline for kids fully assembled before I’d even unfolded the instruction sheet, no tools, no YouTube tutorials, no parental rescue required. That freed me up to actually test every corner of the thing instead of losing an hour to hardware. And once it was standing, the 6-in-1 setup kept her off a screen for the rest of the afternoon.

Obviously, you look at this, you’re like, this is a pretty intense kind of big-size trampoline. It can live indoors, but it can also live outdoors. And it’s not just a bounce mat with a net slapped on top. It’s a full 6-in-1 activity center with a hammock, punching bag, rings, and basketball hoop built in.

What You’re Getting With This Trampoline for Kids

It’s a 55-inch round trampoline rated for 176 lb, ages 3 to 10. The frame is aluminum, and every side of it, the bottom, the sides and the top bar, is wrapped in protective foam padding. The only bare metal is the very top part. There’s mesh all around the enclosure, a real coil-spring bounce under the mat, and an adjustable gymnastics bar. The accessories are the fun part: a hammock, a punching bag with little gloves, hanging rings, and an inflatable basketball with a hoop you can clip onto the structure.

The Bounce Is Real, and the Coils Are Padded

This has got a really nice bounce to it, and the reason it does is the coils. I got inside to check, closing the zipper entrance behind me so my dog wouldn’t follow, because I know he is just wanting to play with this. The trampoline isn’t just a little stretched mesh. You can see the coils all around the edge, and they provide this really nice protective padding over them. It’s not just a cover, it’s actual padding, so your feet never feel the coils when you’re on the mat.

The detail I really like: the padding is attached so it won’t slip out. You can open it one way, but it’s secured on the other side, so those little toes are never going to get caught in the coils. That’s the kind of thing you only notice once you’ve got a kid bouncing hard on it. I didn’t bounce myself, by the way. I’m a little bit on the heavier side of the rating, so I left the jumping to the smaller crowd.

It Won’t Slide Around, Even on Tile

I pushed on it on tile floor and it barely budged. I do love the frame and that little padding at the base, because it means the unit isn’t super easy to just slide around, even on slick tiles. I had to give it a lot of pressure to move it, which is a good thing when a kid is throwing their whole body into a jump. And yet it’s still light enough that two people can carry it around no problem. Stable when you want it, portable when you need it.

The Punching Bag Is Fiddly to Move, and the Opening Is Kid-Sized

The accessories aren’t all effortless to reposition. Moving the hammock and the hanging attachments is a little harder than I expected, because the bar transitions from aluminum into padding again where the kids grip it. So you’re working around that foam, which is great for safety but means the pieces don’t just slide over freely. Not a deal-breaker, just something to know when you’re rearranging the setup.

The other thing: that zipper entrance is a little small for me as an adult. I laughed about it in the video. Getting in to inspect everything meant an awkward squeeze. If you’re a parent who wants to climb in and bounce alongside your toddler, this isn’t built for that. It’s a kid’s space, and it treats you like a visitor.

Who This Trampoline for Kids Actually Fits

The practical sweet spot here is siblings. Two small kids stay under the 176 lb limit with room to spare, the adjustable handlebar can be set lower for a three-year-old and raised as they grow, and the full mesh enclosure means you’re not standing guard over every jump. That’s the difference between a trampoline that gets dragged out once and one that actually replaces screen time on a weekday.

It works indoors on tile or hardwood thanks to the anti-slip base, and it can move outside when the weather’s good. Unlike mini trampolines that only bounce, the 6-in-1 setup, punching bag, rings, basketball hoop, lets kids swap activities without losing interest. The basketball part was a hit in my head, because now they can jump and pretend to dunk.

A Few Setup Tips Before You Let Them Loose

Set the accessories up in the order you’ll use them, because the padded bars make repositioning the hammock and rings a chore later. If your kids only want to bounce, the hanging attachments are fully removable. This part right here is removable if you don’t want it, you literally just unscrew it on both sides and take it off, so you can strip it down to a plain trampoline in minutes.

Inflate the basketball the moment you open the box, not after assembly, not when your kid is already standing there staring at you. The gloves that come with the punching bag are genuinely tiny and will disappear into a couch cushion within a day; stash them inside the punching bag itself when they’re not in use. And if you have a dog, close the zipper entrance before you step out, because mine treated the mesh enclosure as a personal invitation.

Pros

  • Real spring-coil bounce, not just a stretched mesh mat
  • Coil padding is secured so little toes can’t get caught in the springs
  • Anti-slip base holds firm even on tile, yet two people can carry it
  • Extremely easy to put together (my daughter did it)
  • Loaded 6-in-1: hammock, punching bag with gloves, rings, basketball hoop, gymnastics bar
  • Full mesh enclosure and foam-wrapped aluminum frame

Cons

  • Zipper entrance is a little small for an adult to climb in
  • Moving the hammock and hanging attachments is fiddly because of the padded bars
  • Big-size footprint needs real floor space
  • 176 lb limit rules out heavier kids and adults

Frequently Asked Questions

Can this trampoline be used both indoors and outdoors?

Yes, it works indoors and outdoors. The anti-slip base grips tile and hardwood inside, and it’s light enough for two people to carry out to the yard. Just bring it in if the weather turns, since a padded aluminum frame isn’t meant to live in the rain.

What is the weight limit?

It’s rated for 176 lb, aimed at ages 3 to 10. Anyone under that weight fits in with zero issues. I didn’t bounce on it myself because I’m on the heavier side of the rating.

Is it safe for toddlers?

Yes. It’s ASTM certified, the coils are covered with attached padding so toes can’t slip into the springs, the full frame is foam-wrapped, and a mesh enclosure keeps kids inside during a tumble. The zipper entrance closes securely so they can’t wander out mid-jump.

Can I remove the accessories if my kid just wants to bounce?

Yes, the hanging attachments come off. You unscrew them on both sides and remove them, leaving a plain trampoline for open bouncing. You can add them back whenever the kids want variety again.

How hard is it to assemble?

Assembly was extremely easy. My daughter put the whole thing together, which tells you it’s not a two-hour engineering project. Give yourself space to lay the pieces out and it goes quickly.

Does it slide around on hard floors?

No, it stays put remarkably well. On tile I had to push hard to move it, thanks to the padded, anti-slip base. It won’t drift around when a kid is bouncing full force.

Can more than one kid use it at once?

Within the 176 lb total limit, yes, siblings and friends can share it. The adjustable handlebar and the weight capacity are built so it can grow with a child and handle more than one small jumper. Just keep the combined weight under the rating.

Do the basketball and ball come included?

Yes. It ships with an inflatable basketball, a hoop you attach to the structure, plus the punching bag, gloves, hammock and rings. You’ll want to inflate the ball before the kids get their hands on the setup.

Does it need any app, account or subscription?

No. It’s a purely physical play product with no electronics, app or subscription. Assemble it once and it’s ready every time your kid is.
