Quick Verdict

This rechargeable portable fan impressed me from the moment I picked it up. It’s slim, surprisingly powerful on high speed, and quiet enough to run through the night without disrupting sleep. The 10,000mAh battery doubles as a phone charger, and that built-in carabiner hook is something I’ve never seen on a fan before.

So Cool. Literally.

This fan was sent for my review and the first thing I said when I picked it up was that I’ve never seen one so cool before. So check this out: it’s slim, it’s large, and somehow those two things exist together in a way that makes it one of the most portable fans I’ve held. No cord. No outlet needed. Just grab it and go. The form factor is the first thing that gets you. It doesn’t feel like a desktop fan that someone tossed a battery into. It feels like it was designed to travel. Thin enough to pack, big enough to actually push air. And then there’s the carabiner hook. I love that you have that option. Clip it to the top of a tent, hang it from a hook while you’re at your desk, or use it anywhere overhead airflow makes sense. I’ve never seen that before on a portable fan, and it changes how you think about where this thing can go.

What’s Inside the Box

Let’s go ahead and break down what this fan is actually packing. The battery is 10,000 milliamps. To put that in context: a lot of the battery backup packs I carry to charge my phone on the go are also 10,000 milliamps. So you’re getting a real, full-capacity power bank built into the body of the fan. At the back you have a USB-C port and a USB-A port, so you can be cooling down and charging your phone at the same time. That’s a detail I think is really awesome.

There are five speed levels. Levels one through four are fixed speeds, and then the fifth setting is circulation mode, it cycles through all four speeds automatically. So like if you’re sitting in a room and you just want the air to move around naturally rather than blast at one constant level, you put it on that fifth setting and it goes up and down on its own. I’ve never seen that before on a portable fan. There’s also a built-in LED light with three brightness levels, and a timer that lets you set it to shut off after 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. The display shows your current speed setting and your remaining battery percentage. When I powered it up, it read 67% battery remaining.

On a full charge with no devices plugged in, the fan is rated for up to 24 hours of run time. The fan comes with a charging cable included.

High Speed in a Tent Scenario

I put it on the highest speed and the airflow was real. That feels really good, and the thing that surprised me most wasn’t the power, it was the noise level. Or the lack of it. It’s not super loud. Even on high, even with that really nice breeze pushing through, it’s not crazy loud. That’s the part that matters for the bedroom question this fan keeps getting asked. You can run this thing on speed 4 overnight in a tent or on your nightstand, and it is not going to disrupt your sleep. That’s the promise and it holds up.

The circulation mode on speed 5 is something I think is really cool. Rather than locking in at one intensity all night, it moves through the four fixed speeds automatically. In a small room or inside a tent, that kind of variable airflow actually helps the space breathe instead of just blasting one corner. I’ve never seen that feature on a portable fan before, and it’s a small thing that makes a real difference for overnight use specifically.

The display on the front keeps things simple. It shows the current speed level and how much battery you have left. When I had it at 67% battery, the read-out was clear and easy to check at a glance. The stand props it up on a table or floor at a useful angle, and then that carabiner hook swings the whole use-case open. Clip it above your sleeping bag and you’ve got overhead airflow with zero floor space used. I love that you have that option.

The Button You’ll Accidentally Hit

Here’s the one thing worth knowing going in. When I went to demonstrate the high speed setting, I accidentally turned the fan off instead. The controls cycle through the LED light first, then the fan speeds, and it’s easy to tap one button too many and lose your spot, or kill the fan entirely when you meant to bump up the speed. It’s not a design flaw exactly, but it’s a learning curve. If you’re half-asleep at 3am and you reach over to adjust the airflow, you’ll probably turn it off once before you figure out the sequence.

There’s no remote. No app. Just the button on the unit. For a camping or travel fan that’s totally fine. For a bedroom fan you’re running consistently from your nightstand, that’s the one friction point I’d flag upfront so it doesn’t catch you off guard.

Who Gets the Most Out of This

Campers and people who travel with gear are the obvious fit. The carabiner clip alone separates this from every other portable fan in its class, the idea of clipping it to the top of a tent and getting overhead airflow without setting anything up on the floor is a real camping upgrade. But it’s not just a camping product.

If you work from home or in a space without good ventilation, the desk setup works well. The foldable stand keeps it upright at a useful angle. And the 10,000mAh battery means you’re not hunting for an outlet every few hours, that’s basically a full day of use at moderate settings. The USB-C and USB-A ports at the back mean your phone can piggyback off the same battery the fan is drawing from. One device doing two jobs is the kind of thing that makes packing for a trip much simpler.

The LED light with 3 brightness levels also adds something useful for camping specifically. A low-light reading option inside a tent, or a navigation light if you need to find your way around a campsite at night, without needing a separate lantern. I think that’s really awesome for a fan to have built in.

Light sleepers who run warm are the other group that should pay attention. The quiet operation at high speed is the specific thing I kept coming back to. You don’t have to compromise between airflow and a quiet room. You can run this at speed 4, get real airflow, and not hear it over the ambient noise of a normal night.

Before You Pull the Trigger

A few things worth sorting out before you order. The 24-hour battery life is based on fan use only, no devices plugged in. Start charging your phone off the USB ports and that run time shrinks, how much depends on how often you’re drawing from it. If you plan to use this as a phone charger regularly while the fan runs, expect to recharge the unit more often than the spec suggests.

The carabiner hook is a standout feature but think practically about what you’re clipping it to. It works great when there’s something structural overhead, a tent frame, a hook, a beam. It’s not a suction cup and it’s not a clamp. You need something to clip onto. If your setup doesn’t have that, you’re using the stand, which is still solid.

The timer settings, 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours, are a nice touch for overnight use. Set it before you sleep and you’re not running the battery into the ground by morning. For a 24-hour battery, even the 8-hour timer leaves you with charge to spare for the next day. That’s a smart way to use it. Frequently Asked Questions

Can the fan run while it’s charging?

The transcript doesn’t confirm pass-through charging, so I’d check the product listing for that specific detail before assuming you can run it off a wall outlet while the battery tops up. Most portable fans in this category support it, but it’s worth confirming for this specific unit rather than guessing.

Does the carabiner hook support the full weight of the fan?

The hook is built into the fan body and is designed for hanging use, that’s part of the product’s intended function. For clipping to a tent frame or a gear hook, it’s built for exactly that. Just make sure whatever you’re clipping it to can handle the weight of the unit.

Is the LED light bright enough to use as a reading light?

There are 3 brightness levels. The highest level would handle close-range reading in a dark tent or room. For lighting up a full space it’s more of an ambient or navigation light than a floodlight. Set expectations accordingly, it’s a useful bonus feature, not a replacement for a dedicated lantern.

What type of cable does it come with for charging?

A charging cable is included in the box. The fan has a USB-C port at the back, so it’s reasonable to expect a USB-C cable, but check the product listing to confirm cable type and length before assuming you can share it with another device.

How long does the battery take to fully recharge from empty?

Recharge time for a 10,000mAh battery varies by the wattage of the charger you’re using. The transcript doesn’t specify a charge time, so I’d refer to the product listing for that figure. Using a higher-wattage USB-C charger will generally speed things up compared to a standard 5W adapter.

Does the circulation mode run louder than the fixed speeds?

Circulation mode cycles through all four fixed speeds automatically, so the noise level rises and falls with the speed. It’s not a separate motor setting, it’s the same fan ramping up and down. Since the fan is quiet even at high speed, the overall noise profile in circulation mode stays within that same range.

4.5/5
Final Rating
This thing delivers what it promises across multiple real-world settings—quiet operation at high speed, solid all-day battery life, and a carabiner hook that genuinely changes where you can position it. The 10,000mAh battery, the carabiner hook, the quiet high-speed operation, the circulation mode I’ve never seen before on a portable fan, it all adds up to something that’s actually useful in multiple real-world settings. The button control takes one night to get used to, but it’s a minor friction point on an otherwise super solid product. Check the current price on Amazon here.
